Such feelings can fuel aggressive self interest, which is ultimately destructive to the image and reputation of the organisation, by flouting appropriate ethical guidelines.

The approach of Psych-Synergy is to encourage an exploration of these issues and the development of creative co-operation which incorporates a healthy spirit of competition, in which aggression is channelled, to be used creatively and appropriately in working within competitive markets for the benefit of the organisation as a whole. Our approach is different to many of our competitors. We offer the resolution of company conflict from the perspective of depth psychology and an exploration of company dynamics; we can also provide an executive coach, and psychological mentoring, to any company throughout central London, to address individual issues at depth.
