A team that has sense of identity, no matter how competitive each team member may be, can achieve far more than a group of disparate individuals with no sense of cohesion. The ability to work together in a creative and profitable way may be undermined by unvoiced inter-personal, and particularly unconscious conflicts within the work environment. These conflicts might also involve the feelings about the organisation as a whole, and the way the individual, or perhaps the team as a whole, see themselves in relation to it. The approach of Psych-Synergy is to encourage an exploration of these issues and the development of creative co-operation which incorporates a healthy spirit of competition. This is an area which regular team building exercises are not designed to address.

Psych-Synergy works with organisations throughout central London; particularly the City of London, Canary Wharf, and London Bridge. We are an organisation with the skills and knowledge to help you in a number of key team development areas. We are able to offer this work on your own premises, or in nearby consultation rooms, which ever seems most convenient and appropriate.

Our approach is different to many of our competitors. We facilitate team building, team development, and team dynamics from the perspective of depth psychology; and executive counselling is offered in the form of psychological mentoring.
